WISE Counseling Collective is a boutique psychotherapy practice founded and directed by Lara Eddleman, LPC, CCTP, dedicated to helping individuals heal through an integrative, neuroscience-informed approach to mental health. We believe lasting change occurs when the mind, body, brain, and deeper sense of self are brought into greater connection and integration—not simply through symptom reduction, but by addressing the whole person. Our practice specializes in integrative neurosomatic psychotherapy, thoughtfully blending evidence-based modalities that support nervous system regulation, attachment repair, trauma healing, and whole-person wellness.
