Every therapy is tailored to your very particular personality and pain. I use psychodynamic and depth therapy approaches as well as mindfulness philosophies. I specialize in cummulative or long-standing trauma, grief, gender complexity, and psychedelic integration.
I came to the field of psychotherapy and psychedelic therapy from my own profound healing experiences over the course of many years. I got my MA from the New College of CA in San Francisco in Feminist Clinical psychology and follow this ethos into all of my work. I went on to get my doctorate at the Wright Institute in Berkeley where I studied and worked with a wide range of ages and communities. I love working with fellow queer folks, creative people, and people ready to center their heart. I live in Oakland CA where I spend much of my time in my garden growing flowers.
