Biography

I have been researching psychedelic assisted therapy for more than five years and want to contribute to the growing movement towards utilizing these modalities for healing and optimal health. Being born and raised in San Diego, I have always lived a holistic lifestyle and I have been able to implement that knowledge and wisdom into my professional life. I believe that we are interconnected and that it is essential to have a healthy relationship with our own mind, body, and soul.

How I work with clients

It takes courage to seek therapy and I am here to help you through the issues, concerns, and problems that you present. I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space that encourages you to discuss your deepest thoughts and struggles to promote optimal healing. Together we assess your therapeutic goals and work from there to seek solutions. I put an emphasis on spiritual health and finding inner balance. I believe that our mind, body, and spirit are all intertwined and that each deserves to be listened to.
