Relationally and empathetically, with an emphasis on one's innate, inner healing intelligence. I find the use of humor, gratitude, and mindfulness helpful in navigating many of life's challenges. I intend to meet every client where they are presently at, attuning to the importance of pacing, resourcing, and coping skills. Ultimately, I hope to help clients cultivate more authenticity, vulnerability, integrity, balance, and connection, while releasing trauma, self-limiting beliefs and behaviors, and connections that are no longer aligned.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and integrative psychotherapist. I have been in private practice since 2015 and have worked as a therapist since 2011 (post-Masters). I work with adult individuals and relationships (monogamous and ethically non-monogamous) hoping to heal trauma, live more presently, and connect more authentically. I often work with people who are exploring various facets of their sexuality, coping with chronic illness, are neurodivergent, and are looking for holistic healing that is rooted in one's inner healing intelligence. I have been practicing ketamine-assisted psychotherapy since 2022, after completing a 10-month training program in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I have additional training as a functional medicine health coach, postpartum doula, and kambo practitioner.
Individual and relationship counseling (2+ partners), ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (individual & couples), and group ketamine-assisted psychotherapy retreats for the LGBTQ+ community.
