I take a warm and compassionate approach to assist in cultivating a safe space to explore your relational wounds and find healing through fostering empowerment, self-understanding, self-nurturance, and self-discovery. I value the importance of relational safety, set, setting, intention, ritual, and inner healing intelligence in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy practice. I enjoy incorporating art therapy, creative expression, and existential exploration through the KAP experience and integration when helpful. I value the opportunity KAP provides to shift unhelpful narratives about self and others.
I am Hudson Valley born and raised, former New Yorker now residing in Colorado. I studied Art Therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. I have experience facilitating group therapy, integrative counseling, and EMDR in a variety of settings, often incorporating principles of Internal Family Systems, EMDR, attachment-focused, relational, Acceptance & Commitment, and creative arts techniques. I have worked with individuals of a variety of ages with focus on trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, family-of-origin exploration, codependency, and relationship issues.
Additionally, I am a multidisciplinary artist who values an ongoing art practice as part of my own work as a human and which contributes to my practice as a psychotherapist. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in NY, CO, TX, and FL (virtual). I am a Board-Certified Art Therapist, trained EMDR therapist & have completed MDMA-Assisted Therapy Education with MAPS (Lykos). I have a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies from Naropa University.
