My goal is to to help you make sense of your own experience and connect with your own inner healing intelligence, working towards living the fullest expression of your own life. From my education and training, I am most closely aligned with the theories of Transpersonal and Integral Psychology, IFS and SE and I am also influenced by Buddhist Psychology, Jungian Psychology, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Gestalt, Psychodynamic/Object Relations and Solution Focused Counseling.
Angie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, clinical supervisor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. She works with individuals and couples of all kinds, offering counseling, clinical supervision, and professional consultation from a trauma-informed and transpersonal framework.
Angie regularly presents at continuing education workshops and conferences and has served as core faculty and advisor for Psychedelics Today’s VITAL training program. She also provides psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy in a clinical research setting. Angie is also the founder of the Holos Foundation for transpersonal healing, a 501c3 non profit organization dedicated to supporting access to care and the Holos Collective, a training and co-working community hub for therapists. Her physical office is located in Fayetteville, AR and she also provides services virtually. She brings a holistic approach to the services that she provides, drawing from her education in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Prior to starting her private practice, Angie had over a decade of experience working as an Employee Assistance Program counselor and consultant at a major managed behavioral health and wellness company, providing brief counseling and trainings to employees and executives of major corporations. She also has a wide range of professional experience spanning over 20 years, including counseling in an outpatient clinic setting, answering calls and supervising staff at a 24 hour mental health intake hotline, providing in-home counseling with a foster family agency and serving clients and managing staff in residential group homes.
She started Holos Counseling in 2014, the Holos Foundation in 2018 and the Holos Collective in 2023. She engages in her own continuing education, inner growth work and spiritual practice.
