I am a caring professional committed to helping people create positive change in their lives. I believe that clients know best who they want to be, and my role is to help people navigate the wide waters of self actualization. Using mindfulness and self exploration, we can discover which direction will serve the client best. I work with individuals, couples, and families of diverse cultural, ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations.
