Working from a radical psychotherapeutic perspective, I believe that connection is at the heart of healing. Both in my ongoing practice and in my approach to supporting psychedelic integration, I capitalize on the trust and connection that appears between client and therapist. The therapeutic relationship is the primary intervention, as well as the optimal outcome.

Walking the path towards healing and freedom is an ongoing practice. I have dedicated my life to cultivating connection, creating safety and offering encouragement to the people in my care, and my work is deeply tied in with my own inner practice.
Since completing my Master of Counselling degree, I have been working in a combination of roles in Substance Use counselling, private practice therapy, and hosting psychedelic integration groups and private sessions. Researching psychedelics over the years has shown me without a doubt that they can be a profound and powerful adjunct to therapy.
I have been co-facilitating a psychedelic integration group in Vancouver for 3 years, and have been offering transformational preparation and psychedelic integration counselling for private clients.
