Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a strong therapeutic relationship of trust. We’ll then create a personalized plan for your unique needs and goals.
I am a mental health counselor and executive business coach. I believe that deep inner work and self-discovery are the key to living a fully integrated, successful, and happy life. I am happy to work with any person who is interested in healing and evolving to their highest potential.
