I start by doing a free 30 mins initial session through Zoom to get to know you, your intentions, and to see if my offering is the right fit for you. What I provide is integration & wellness coaching. I do not provide substances for therapeutic use.
I am a Filipino-American registered nurse & board certified nurse coach specializing in holistic mental health. I am currently working with a ketamine clinic as a certified ketamine nurse guide where I hold a safe space for people during their psychedelic therapy experience. I am also a yoga teacher with 500+ hours of training, a reiki master teacher, EFT practitioner, soundbath practitioner, trained birth doula, Qoya teacher & a moon circle facilitator. As a nurse coach, my focus of work is providing psychedelic integration coaching, embodiment & wellness coaching. Outside of work, I love seeing live music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, and spending time with my loved ones.
