How I work with clients

Insightful and spiritual approach to psychotherapy is geared toward individuals committed to develop and/or increase self-awareness with the goal of improving their quality of life. My approach follows a psychodynamic model combined -when needed- with meditation, relaxation, Kundalini yoga, and art making.
