I work with individuals and groups to prepare for and integrate new insights and experiences learned from psychedelic assisted therapies and teachings.
Hi! I'm Brandelin. I am a mixed media artist and therapist that feels most at home in the deserts of Utah, in my art studio making things, gardening, cooking and spending time with my 2 fur girls and children. I combine my education in expressive arts therapies, holistic health, nervous system regulation and transpersonal psychology with processes that are personalized and tailored to your interests and strengths. I believe that our experiences live within us, shaping how we feel and interact with the world. Some of these experiences are not aligned with the truth of our being and can be released. A return to your innate wholeness is healing and is available to everyone. My approach emphasizes the importance of a regulated nervous system, understanding that when the body spends more time at ease, daily activities like breathing, digesting, and moving become more natural, allowing you to experience life more fully. We will come to an understanding of your life history and explore your concerns and desired outcomes while developing awareness of the patterns of response that are most deeply ingrained in your system. Through this work (and play) we can uncover limiting beliefs and subconscious narratives that reinforce patterns that no longer work for you. I believe if you are human you are here to create and that with consistency and support you to can embody a deep knowledge of your own creative capacity. It is alive, and the possibilities for its expression are endless!
I offer a 3-session experiential process based on the Polyvagal Ladder model developed by Deb Dana. This course helps you to better understand your nervous system and how to use this awareness to more more effectively respond to life's challenges and regulate your emotions. This is an immersive expressive arts experience using various materials, music, mindfulness and somatic work. I coach creatives in discovering, more fully, their own unique creative voice and vision, providing personalized direction and support. This is creative expression from the inside out. I also offer a 6-week Expressive Arts Therapy Integration course designed to support you before and after your chosen experiences. This course blends creative expression with therapeutic work, helping you integrate new insights and make meaningful changes with greater ease and joy. Full day trauma intensives are another option. This is an opportunity to dive deep into the healing process while receiving in person, sustained and focused attention and care.
