I work one-on-one with clients to best understand their background, experience, and expectations to achieve the best possible collaborative outcomes. I have a holistic background and very understanding of individual preferences for optimal self-care. My education and background includes non-traditional methods of self-care including yoga, Reiki, and psychedelics, along with the traditional methods of psychotherapies and pharmacotherapies.
