I offer individual therapy for adults 24 and older, and specialize in providing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) intensives and healing retreats, often meeting with clients for condensed therapy over the course of days and weeks.
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, collaborating with body, energy and other adjunctive modalities to support healing from the ground up, integrating the truest version of you into present life as past wounds are healed. I share building space with a host of integrative providers offering services that include acupuncture, nutritional support, energy, and body work - and I love having such an amazing referral base nearby for you! I consider myself a learner at heart and love growing my “therapist toolbox” for my clients. I feel my most significant tools are my own therapeutic work and experiences with alternative healing because they've allowed me to understand both the profound growth and vulnerability that stepping into a deep healing requires. This special combination of brain and heart-based knowledge allows me to provide a safe space for my clients to move through your past wounds with both intuition and insight.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the States of NH and ME and a graduate of the UNH Masters in Social Work program. My specialized training & interests includes:
-Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) (60+ hours)
-Psychedelic Assisted Therapy with Psilocybin at IPI (60+ hours) in progress, certification expected May 2023
