I work with adults who feel their past experiences are holding them back from becoming their most authentic selves. Whether that means struggling with PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, or substance use/addiction, we can examine how your past experiences have shaped you and use that knowledge to carve out a positive path forward.
I use traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and parts work to support clients in better understanding the roots of present-day distress and processing past traumatic experiences.
I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. By integrating psychedelics with psychotherapy, I help clients deepen their healing process, gain new insights, and integrate transformative experiences to foster lasting growth and emotional well-being.
I’m an integrative therapist focused on helping people understand themselves, heal from traumatic experiences, and generally enhance their quality of life. I approach therapy from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic lens.
Therapy has been important in my own personal growth process, helping me better understand myself and live more freely and authentically. This journey inspired me to become a therapist myself, and I find it incredibly fulfilling to be part of the healing process for others. Whether it be CBT, EMDR, or psychedelics, I don’t practice with any modalities I haven’t experienced and benefited from myself.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in global public health, outdoor adventure, and experiential mental health. Outside of work, I love to be in nature, travel, read memoirs, go dancing, and learn new things.
