How I work with clients
Craig is trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy and believes that each individual has innate wisdom and intelligence that will guide their path towards health. Craig works to build a therapeutic space where this wisdom and intelligence can begin to arise naturally through the practice of self-awareness, mindfulness, and deep exploration. Craig believes in a cooperative and client-centered approach that incorporates creativity, depth work, mindfulness practices, and other modalities for transformation.
