I am a body-centered Somatic therapy practice offering therapeutic individual counseling for adults in Crested Butte, Colorado. I work with a wide range of life concerns as well as emotional and behavioral issues and specialize in the treatment of trauma, addictions, and mental health nutrition. I am a Licensed Addictions Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a Specialization in Addictions and Recovery from Liberty University, Virginia and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University in Colorado. I am a somatic therapist and am trained in EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Amino Acid and Nutritional therapy, and Nature Based Therapy. I utilize IFS, CBT and other approaches.
