How I work with clients

“I treat each client as an individual. I don’t believe there is a one size fits all approach because each human being is unique.

I provide a safe space to share your pain, and guide you towards wellness using therapeutic tools of empathy, compassion, education, mindfulness and interest. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is unique to you. Trauma exists in all of us, keeping us from knowing our true self. Uncovering this, and getting to the root of the imbalance you are experiencing and healing from there is the way to bring lasting peace and joy to your daily life.

I am most interested in your well being, and providing you with the tools to become your own healer.

I specialize in psychedelic integration, addiction, using a harm reduction approach if necessary, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, spiritual emergence, and general dissatisfaction with life. The only requirement is a true desire to heal and a willing heart.”
