I have over 30 years of experience supporting others on their path to physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing as the owner and operator of a busy integrative psychotherapy practice. I also organized and conducted group wellness retreats. My passion for alternative and complementary medicine is rooted in both my professional and personal experience with yoga, meditation, Eastern Philosophy, body-based approaches, and botanical medicine. I am a certified yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher and I recently completed my coursework in the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research Certificate Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am also trained in Holotropic Breathwork.
