A session to process and make sense of your psychedelic journey. Through body-awareness techniques and exploration of symbolic meanings, we translate insights into practical, everyday changes.
Holotropic Breathwork
A powerful, short session using breathwork to access deeper consciousness, encouraging emotional release and self-exploration, similar to the effects of psychedelics but achieved through breath alone.
