My approach to therapy is to be active and collaborative. I have been increasingly influenced by non-dual and somatically based psychotherapy. I view my role as collaborating with my clients naturally unfolding developmental process. I have considerable experience working with acute and developmental trauma.
I am a clinical & forensic psychologist with over 30 years of clinical experience and a meditation teacher who has worked with clients integrating their therapeutic experience with a variety of modalities, such as entheogens, sensory deprivation, and various yogic disciplines. I have been trained in iRest Yoga Nidra, ACT, EMDR, CBT-I, and various mindfulness based approaches. I have actively explored entheogens and restricted environmental stimulation therapy (REST, aka floating).
