As a life transition and anxiety treatment specialist I’m expertly skilled to help you enhance your resilience, master your mindsets and move masterfully through challenging times of change, transition and stress. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Specialist and have training in Mind/Body Medicine from the Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute and am trained in Brainspotting and am a Certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist. I am the past Director of Women’s Health Education at the University of Virginia Medical Center and have taught courses on stress and mind/body health at the University of Virginia Medical School, the University of Maryland Graduate School of Social Work and Metropolitan State University Denver. My therapy draws on my training and expertise in Neuropsychology, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mind/Body Medicine, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Brainspotting. My therapy uses and eclectic array of interventions including ecopsychology, nature immersion, imagery and journaling to inspire insights. I will teach you how to change your brain, to master your mind, so you can manifest your best life.
In addition to individual integration and psychotherapy, I lead beautiful boutique retreats for women that guide them in the art of the psychedelic experience for greater intuition, inner wisdom and emotional healing. MEDICINE WOMAN RETREATS create a safe and supportive enviornment for women to explore the use of psychedelics. Each retreats is a carefully crafted synergy of nature immersion, plant medicine sessions, mindfulness, soulful self care and conscious conversations and community.
