Jenia Malysh, DNP, ARNP, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Seattle WA
Along with psychedelic harm reduction and integration I offer ongoing psychiatric care for adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, grief, bereavement, and identity exploration. My practice is collaborative and patient-centered, meaning we work together to develop a plan that fits your goals and comfort level. I want to meet you where you are in this moment.
For patients interested in psychedelic integration, I offer preparation sessions to explore intentions, safety, and readiness, as well as integration sessions to help process what emerged - whether those experiences were profound, confusing, or challenging - all emotions are welcome. I work from a harm reduction and trauma-informed perspective, centering autonomy, consent, your inner wisdom, and intuition throughout the process.
I do not provide or facilitate the use of illegal substances, including MDMA, and I will not respond to inquiries about sourcing or sitting with any currently illegal compounds. My services are limited to legal, evidence-informed support such as preparation, integration, harm reduction, and psychotherapy to help you process and integrate past psychedelic experiences. Please only inquire about services listed on my website.
I’m Jenia Malysh (she/her), a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and founder of a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA2+ and gender-affirming psychiatric practice in Seattle, Washington. I specialize in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), grief, bereavement, and major life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and body-centered, drawing from my training in somatic therapy approaches and my background in both nursing and psychiatric care. Whether we are exploring the impacts of trauma, navigating grief, or processing a psychedelic experience, my goal is to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect for your unique path.
For people seeking ongoing psychiatric care, I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, deprescribing, and supportive therapy, always working at a pace that feels safe and aligned with your needs. Whether we are exploring past trauma, supporting grief and loss, or addressing healthcare burnout, my focus is on providing compassionate, thoughtful care that honors your lived experience.
(Please note, I'm not a psychiatrist - unfortunately there is no filter option for psychiatric nurse practitioners.)
