Jessica McLachlan, PhD
I value collaboration and curiosity. I focus on providing a welcoming and non-judgemental space; a space where you can focus on what is important to you. My hope is that therapy provides an opportunity to understand yourself better and move in the direction of the life you want.
Since completing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, I have gained experience in a correctional institution, primary care setting, and a specialized addiction program. I have been fortunate to work with many different people; adolescents and adults with diverse backgrounds and concerns (e.g., substance misuse, concurrent disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns). I am certified in Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP), trained in Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), and credentialed through the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Currently, I'm completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Psychedelic Integration Therapy through Fluence.
