Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Colorado Springs CO
Above all, therapy is a relationship. How we are together can illuminate a great deal about your relationship to yourself, to others, and how you find meaning about your place in the world. Using mindful attention and playful curiosity gives us new possibilities for greater connection, integration, and authenticity. My primary goal is that you feel safe to explore and accept your whole self so that you can find the resilience to build a life worth living.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapy services for individuals. I am licensed in the state of Colorado as a Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator. My private practice is the culmination of many years of work with diverse clients as they walk through the suffering that is a part of being human. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) through the International Association of Trauma Professionals. I am trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR (Eye Movement De-Sensitization and Reprocessing), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (Ketamine, Psilocybin, MDMA). I take a harm reduction approach when helping clients explore their relationship to substances and medicine. Whether you wish to address past hurts, find your way through a difficult time, integrate experiences and insights from non-ordinary states of consciousness, or develop a deeper understanding about yourself and your place in the universe, I would love to provide a safe and supportive space for curious and compassionate co-exploration. FOR PROFESSIONALS: I am offering consultation individually and in groups for colleagues seeking professional development and pursuing Natural Medicine Facilitator licensing. Consultation counts toward the 40 hours required by DORA for Facilitators in training. Reach out if you have an interest in joining a group or working with me one-on-one.
I offer professional consultation for colleagues working with either natural medicine or ketamine in their practices. Please reach out if you have interest in either individual or group consultation. Peer support is an essential part of growth and development for all of us!
