How I work with clients
Working with someone is always a unique process which very much depends on your individual desires and needs and history. My approach includes working somatically in the present moment with mindfulness practices as well as engaging in your past history and future dreams. Being able to tell one’s story in a coherent and (with work) empowering form is incredibly important. Your own life & experience is the ground which we will explore in relationship. Without being truly seen, we tend to stay in negative thought loops and feelings.
Through our work together you will find easeful ways of letting go of habits that no longer serve you and learn to become your own best friend. I work with embodied mindfulness to uncover and unlock deeply held, unconscious patterns. I cultivate a non-judgemental space in which you are free to be fully yourself.
