How I work with clients
My approach to therapy is empathetic, warm and informed through a wide variety of different theories including internal family systems, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy, and feminist theory. I cater therapy to fit each individual’s unique needs.
