I am harm-reduction focused in my practice with my clients. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients in a way that fits their unique needs and at a pace that feels comfortable for them. I believe that treatment needs to be individualized to each person and their strengths. I approach sessions with a warm, compassionate and empathetic presence.
I'm a NJ-based psychotherapist who specializes in women's issues, addiction/substance use and trauma. I'm also licensed in Pennsylvania and offer both in-person and virtual sessions. I have been offering KAP since 2023 and am a Certified Psychedelic Therapy Practitioner through IPI.
