I offer psychedelic integration therapy for people across Scotland and the UK who are seeking to understand and come to terms with their experiences. I work with clients trying to make sense of past psychedelic experiences both good and bad. I accept that both are possible and both can be deeply meaningful. All such experiences are deeply personal.
My interest in psychedelic integration grew out of my own past experiences, and my belief that many mainstream therapists were unsure what to make of them. As their client, I would tell them that my psychedelic experiences had been meaningful to me, and in some cases very healing, but they tended to view them through a lens of “doing drugs” and were reluctant to accept that they provided any insight or value. That gap is why I think this type of work is important. Consequently, I work with people who are:
– Integrating past experiences and want to go beyond surface-level processing.
– Trying to make sense of challenging or confusing journeys that need careful attention.
– Looking for harm-reduction support.
I'm a BACP-registered psychotherapist based in Scotland. I offer sessions in person in Dundee and Edinburgh, as well as online across the UK and internationally. I also work as a psychology tutor and am actively engaged in research.
Before becoming a therapist, I lived and worked in London, China and Georgia, giving me a broad perspective on culture, identity and the different ways people approach psychological support. I have been working one-to-one with people from diverse backgrounds for nearly a decade, supporting clients as they explore challenges, clarify their goals, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I'm also kink-aware and LGBTQ+ affirming, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities.
1-1 talk therapy, both face-to-face and online. 1 therapeutic hour = 60 minutes.
