In my work with my clients I create a space that is nonjudgmental, caring, compassionate, honest, and ethical.
I work to meet clients where they are at, at the pace of their nervous system, and it's capacity to grow and integrate new information.
I help my clients grow and connect with their own inner healer. It is said, “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”
I work to understand each person's history, background, heart, goals, and visions for their life and then provide guidance to move in that direction in an empowered way.
In the last 10 years, I have trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Somatic Therapy, Pre and Perinatal work, Integration coaching, and Inquiry work. I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and offer Preparation and Integration guidance to my clients.
I have been working with plants in shamanic and ceremonial containers for the past twelve years, which deeply inform my practice and way of life. I also have training and years of practice in Kundalini yoga, Vipassana meditation, Dances Universal Peace and other spiritual practices. I am an honoured initiate in a Sufi lineage as well as a Mesa Carrier of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition.
I am also passionate about herbal medicine and food as medicine. From my studies and experience in Ayurvedic Medicine, Western Traditional Herbalism, and Holistic Nutrition, I bring knowledge of herbal medicine and daily lifestyle practices as a foundational support system to a person’s healing journey.
Furthermore, I am passionate to support women and families. I offer support to women prenatally and in the postpartum time, as well as in the journey of Motherhood. I work with women and parents who are navigating the journey of parenting as well as walking the journey of healing with psychedelics and plant medicine.
