I have been practicing therapy for the past 10 years in many different settings and have had the honor of offering my skills and services to a diverse group of people. I am deeply passionate about helping people develop a better quality of life, increased confidence and a strong connection to their inner intelligence. I have developed competencies in practicing psychedelic-assisted therapy by completing an advanced certificate in psychedelic-assisted therapies through Naropa University. As part of this intensive training I completed training in MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy by M.A.P.S (The Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies). This training has prepared me to offer psychedelic assisted-therapy (when it becomes legal to do so) as well as preparation, integration and consultation work. I continue to develop my skill set through continuing education trainings. I look forward to completing my MDMA training through clinical experience and supervision. I have a private practice in which I offer psychotherapy and individual coaching. I am a Certified Clinical Practitioner in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) and am an active member in the Association of Energy Psychology. I enjoy incorporating Energy Medicine practices into my approach to support a deeper level of healing. I am also a Certified Heart Math Practitioner and work with both adults and children to experience the benefits of our hearts healing intelligence.
