Meghan Marcum, PsyD, ABPP
Board Certified Clinical Psychologist
Irvine CA
I work as an adjunct therapist to clients who specifically want to initiate psychedelic assisted therapy. It is important the client has an established long-term therapist to help guide them with their ongoing goals and symptoms related to overall mental health. Sessions are usually about two hours long and can range from as few as three sessions to as many as 10-15. In the context of psychedelic assisted therapy, I do not see clients over a long term basis.
Dr. Meghan Marcum is a board-certified clinical psychologist and works as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and evaluator. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Arizona State University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from The American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. She completed a year-long certificate program in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy from California's School of Integral Studies (CIIS) in 2024. She is passionate about helping others and believes in the benefits of psychedelic medicines.
Collaboration with prescribing provider and referrals to prescribing providers in California are offered if requested.
