Since starting my practice as a Holistic Wellness Therapist in 2018, I’ve had the privilege of supporting numerous people find whole-body wellness through a combination of Integrative Mental Health & Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness. I focus on finding ways for you to develop lasting health through modalities like Breathwork, Hypnosis, Somatic Experiencing, Neuroscience, Nutrition, and Spiritual Wellness to help you understand your personal conditioning and find the path that serves you best.
Additionally I am an End of Life Doula, certified through End of Life Psychedelic Care. I work with those facing death anxiety, end of life transitions, and chronic or terminal illness.
