I work with clients from a compassionate, open-minded, nonjudgemental client-centered approach. I strive to meet clients where they are at and work alongside them to provide guidance towards finding ones inner healing intelligence. I practice from several different lenses and modalities. I am able to adapt to each clients individuals needs and work to build a strong therapeutical relationship.
I am a licensed graduate professional counselor, specializing in trauma recovery with experience in treating anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, psychosis and ADD/ADHD. I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, working to create meaningful therapeutic bonds to promote a safe and effective healing environment. I also have clinical experience in facilitating individual and group psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy sessions in a retreat setting. I am a psychedelic facilitator and member of a training team that provides Experiential facilitation training in Jamaica. I am also experienced in both individual and group integration post psychedelic experiences. I received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, then went on to receive my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. I practice from a holistic and integrative perspective, ensuring to fully meet the needs of each individual client by creating a non-judgmental, accepting, and individualized safe space. My mission is to provide a warm, open-minded, supportive, and client-centered counseling approach that will meet the needs of each client and provide them with an effective and trusting place to embark on their healing journey.
