Loss — or even the threat of it — has a way of surfacing what's already there: complicated relational and intergenerational history. I hold space for that mess, safely and without judgment. I have a particular interest in supporting Asian Canadians choosing non-traditional paths in healing, and in navigating where cultural identity, family history, and psychedelics intersect. Whether it's grief, trauma, or personal growth you're after, I'm here to accompany you back to yourself.
I spent the first half of my career in ophthalmology and hospice care before returning to my real calling: psychotherapy, with psychedelics as part of how I support healing. My own path has been anything but linear — the zig-zags taught me things a straight line never could, and they're part of why I can sit with clients choosing their own unconventional routes toward healing, especially when that path includes relational or intergenerational wounds nobody gave them permission to name.
