Moss Herberholz, LLMSW
Psychedelic Integration Therapist
Southfield MI
I treat every person with dignity and respect because every person deserves to thrive. I believe that Black Lives Matter and quality mental healthcare should be accessible to everyone. I hope to see an end to the racist war on drugs in my lifetime, and understand the use of substances and/or behaviors through a harm reduction lens.
Moss first learned about the therapeutic use of psychedelics as an undergraduate at the the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2012. Since then he has been on a path to become the most effective therapist he can be who will one day be able to utilize psychedelic medicines in supporting people on their healing and personal growth journeys. During his time as a graduate student at the University of Michigan he served as the president of the Student Association for Psychedelic Studies (SAPS) and was on the organizing team for the first annual Entheofest in 2021. Moss is a published researcher with ongoing projects. He looks forward to the day when MDMA, psilocybin, and other psychedelics become legal treatment options for those in need of healing. Some of the things that bring Moss joy are fungus identification, dancing, singing, slacklining, and spinning things on fire.
