Nikki Casey, LMFT
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist
Saint Louis Park MN
Drawing on my expertise in KAP, I integrate the transformative potential of ketamine with a deep exploration of your inner resources and strengths. Together, we’ll explore how your beliefs and life experiences shape your mental and emotional well-being—helping you reconnect with your true self and move toward meaningful healing.
In our sessions, your autonomy and individuality are paramount. We'll work together to set therapeutic goals and tailor the treatment plan to your unique needs. Regular check-ins and your active participation are vital in empowering you to be the driving force in your healing journey. Together, we'll uncover insights, develop effective coping strategies, and foster lasting positive change that honors the interconnectedness of your being.
Hi, I’m Nikki Casey (she/her), a licensed marriage and family therapist and the founder of Soul Centered Therapy. I offer a grounded, relational approach to healing that honors the whole person—mind, body, and soul.
I grew up and continue to live on Anishinaabe and Dakota Land in Minneapolis, MN. I’m a proud Enneagram Nine and INFP—drawn to harmony, introspection, and the deeper layers of what it means to be human.
Before becoming a therapist, I earned my undergraduate degree in journalism from UW–Madison. Guided by curiosity and a desire to understand people across cultures, I spent nearly a decade living and working in Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. These years profoundly shaped how I view healing—not as a one-size-fits-all solution, but as something deeply personal, rooted in community, and informed by both ancient wisdom and modern science.
One insight kept returning to me: we carry an innate intelligence within us. Healing doesn't always require us to search outside ourselves—it often begins by listening inward. That realization led me back to the U.S., where I started a new chapter: getting married, starting a family, and dedicating myself to the study of psychology and relational healing.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals and couples through transformative change. While talk therapy has its place, I’ve come to believe that true, lasting healing often requires a more integrative path—one that includes the nervous system, the inner parts of self, and the wisdom of the soul.
Today, I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Both modalities have had a powerful impact on my personal healing journey, and they continue to inspire the work I do. I’m passionate about the potential of psychedelic medicine to not only support individual transformation, but to contribute to collective healing. Because when one person heals, we all benefit.
