“Like all explorers, we are drawn to discover what’s out there without knowing yet if we have the courage to face it.” - Pema Chodron I offer both psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychedelic integration utilizing a supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental approach. I believe that the relationship we will develop will act as the catalyst for healing and growth. We will explore struggles you may be having that are causing heaviness and serve as obstacles to accessing a lighter way of being. We will collaborate to explore your intentions surrounding use of psychedelic medicine, including expectations and plans to ensure a safe set and setting while utilizing a harm reduction lens. We will co-construct a deeper understanding of your experience with expanded states of consciousness through exploring sensations, visions, and emotions that surfaced and connecting associations. This will allow us to connect your psychedelic journey to multiple areas of your life including body, mind, spirit, community, and environment. Through this work we will explore avenues that can be acted upon to connect you more to your authentic self, allowing for personal transformation and evolution.
