2024 Update! The Psychedelic Institute of Mental Health and Family Therapy offers remote sessions currently, led by Michael DeMarco, PhD, licensed marriage and family therapist (CA, NY, UT and VT). Our mission is to apply clinically what research studies have shown to be overwhelmingly effective mental health treatments of these medicines especially when paired with psychotherapy informed by indigenous medicine practitioners around the world throughout history. We offer support, preparation and integration to clients who have been prescribed ketamine by a medical provider. By focusing on remote sessions and offering practicums to clinicians under supervision, we hope to increase access to an age-old approach. Retreat weekends, group rates, home visits available in/around the Coachella Valley by arrangement.
