Quinntarah Maxwell, LMHC
Red Hook NY
During our first sessions, we will get to know each other and collaborate on the vision for your mental health. We will explore past experiences, present barriers, and future goals. I'll provide you with psychoeducation about the medicine and practice meditative practices with you in preparation for your journeying. We'll use ketamine mindfully and intentionally to help you access a state of mind that facilitates emotional exploration and healing. I'll be by your side, guiding you through the process and providing the support you need. We'll work together to set intentions and create a safe environment for your healing journey.
