Rayna Sanghvi, PhD
Clinical Psychologist
Oakland CA
I am currently working with clients via tele-health.
My psychotherapy experience includes working with adults (18+) with mental health symptoms of depression, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, suicide bereavement, life transitions, grief, and psychosis. I work from a relational style of therapy and focus on developing a meaningful relationship with my clients to guide change. In working with my clients, I explore present concerns, as well as past experiences to promote deeper learning about oneself. In my practice, we also pay attention to intergenerational trauma, anti-racist practices, white fragility, and immigrant trauma. I practice therapy from an integrated approach, utilizing psychodynamic-relational therapy along with skills from other evidence-based treatments (CBT, DBT, IPT). My work includes psychedelic integration and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). I have completed the MAPS MDMA therapist training and have ongoing training and consultation for KAP at Polaris Insight and Journey Clinical.
