I currently offer combination Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and EMDR for patients through Silvi Integrative Health remotely as a Psychological Associate in the state of California. I also offer preparation and integration sessions for clients through a psychodynamic lens for clients to glean the most from psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. These sessions may include art therapy or sand tray exploration, dream interpretation, talk therapy, or internal family systems work.
Additionally, as a guardian of the sacred, I offer ceremonies, psychotherapy and integration supports for plant medicines including plant dietas, cacao ceremonies, bobinsana, and others.
I am currently working as trauma-informed marriage and family therapist associate in the state of Oregon, supporting youth and families, and as a Psychological Associate in California working with adults. I am physically based in Hawaii and offer psychedelic integration coaching and ceremonial work in person on the East side of the island. I specialize in treating post-traumatic stress disorder, dissociation, eating disorders, and supporting neurodivergent individuals and those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
I recently concluded my doctoral research on psilocybin as a treatment for fibromyalgia using the Oregon Psilocybin Services model.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my teenage daughter, exploring the lush landscapes of Hawaii, playing my ukulele, reading, writing, hiking, dancing, being in nature, eating delicious foods, and sharing special moments with my loved ones.
