Please note, I am not a prescriber but provide referrals from a personally-vetted list of providers who offer full evaluation, screening and administration of medication.

Thomas Blake is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with practices in California and New Jersey. For years he has dedicated his career to passionately working with survivors of complex trauma and C-PTSD. Thomas was originally trained working in community mental health at The LGBTQ Center in Orange County, CA while also working as a clinical consultant at The Trevor Project, a national suicide crisis service assisting LGBTQ youth 13-24. In addition to his work in private practice, Thomas devotes his time to ensuring access to affirmative mental health care for those experiencing barriers, prioritizing refugees, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals.
