I try to focus on clients' values and what makes their life the most worth living. Then, I identify barriers to those values and ways we can address them. With trauma, I help client find out what they learned from the traumatic experiences that is no longer serving them in their current role, and how to challenge unhelpful memories and messages from trauma.
I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD, particularly among queer and BIPOC clients. I have recently undertaken a 9-month long training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and will soon be certified as a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist. I want to work with people on prepping for and integrating their psychedelic experiences
